This Chart Shows the Saints, the Fall-Guys during Nigeria’s 2019 Budget Presentation’s Boo Scene

From 100 reactions of Nigerians on social media to the scene, Infoprations discovered 20 views that aligned with the saint frame, while 114 views were found for the fall-guy frame. By the saint frame, Nigerians did not see the individuals, people and entities within the frame as the actors who should be blamed for the incident, whereas in the fall-guy they were seen as culpable.
