Why Religious Harmony Must Exist in Ilara-Mokin

From Akib Abiola None of us came to this world with a religion. We all adopted the one that suits us the most. None is superior because God is the object of every belief and we worship in the way we respectively adjudged the best by our persuasion. It is therefore an abuse of privilege to attack one another over what choice of approach we elect to worship SAME God. If it is the decision of God, the mode of worship would be ONE or He could force any particular one on all humans created by Him, He has the capacity so to do. To me any fight or war that is inflicted by man to man is for the person(s) PERSONAL ego. God has enough power and weapons He could use to force all humans to worship Him in one harmonized way. Therefore none should elect himself as an appointed enforcer of God's heart wish. In fact who can dispute the fact that the awesomeness of God derives from the varieties of worship mode? Have we forgotten that this same God is worshiped in numerous languages and He has never appointed a INTERPRETER/TRANSLATOR. Civilized people learn to respect each other’s beliefs, which are the outward expression of individual religion. The war must cease, abuses and break down of law are the tools of the unintelligent, uncivilized people. The right to hold and share opinions is God given. God bless all of us as our town is not bereft of wise men and women. God bless Mokins. By High Chief Ayo Ojo, The Lisa of Ilara Mokin
