As uncertainties and certainties continue in Nigeria in preparations for the next year general elections, Infoprations’ trend analysis reveals that Dr Bukola Saraki, the Nigerian Senate President, is gaining popularity across the world amid his intent of giving up allegiance to the ruling party, the All Progressive Congress and tension on the senate.
Analysis indicates that Senator Bukola Saraki has been searched by people in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, United Kingdom, Canada and other five countries in the world. The interest in the Senate President reached over 5,233 searches in the last 4 hours against 2, 567 searches he had in the previous 24 hours, indicating 2,666 gains of search.  

Analysis further shows that police, arrest, impeachment and net worth were the most related topics with the Senate President, who have been linked with the robbery incident that happened in his state recently, in the last 4 hours. 

Arrest and impeachment were also topics of interest to the people who searched for the Senate President in the previous 24 hours in addition to Buba Galadima-politician, Chairman of the Reformed-All Progressive Congress, Adams Oshiomhole and President of Nigeria. As at the time of writing the analysis, “President of Nigeria” has exceeded the threshold of searching (5,000%), indicating world’s interest in President Muhammadu Buhari in relation with the Senate President’s political troubles.
