How Saraki, kwankwaso, others’ defections will shape Nigeria’s 2019 general elections




In the last few days, leaders of the All Progressives Congress, the ruling party, have been struggling to get lasting solutions to mass defections of its members to the People’s Democratic Party. Some members who announced their defections on the floor of National Assembly have vowed not to return to the ruling party. Supporters of the Senate President, Senator Bukola Saraki have also insisted that senate presidency belong to them.
