As Lyme disease hits 50 States, Americans seek knowledge on symptoms, treatment

Reports from the United States indicate that the first victim of Lyme disease has been recorded in Vermont few hours ago. Information says the victim died from extremely rare Lyme disease complications.  A local United Kingdom’s newspaper has earlier reported that Lyme hit all 50 states of America and the District of Columbia, citing a new study.
Meanwhile, Infoprations’ trending analysis shows that Americans and other nationals in the country have searched for signs and symptoms, test and treatment, carrier of the disease in the last four hours.  This indicates that people are seeking relevant knowledge on the disease.

Lyme disease, also known as Lyme borreliosis, is an infectious disease caused by bacteria spread by ticks. The most common sign of infection is an expanding area of redness on the skin, known as erythema migrans, that appears at the site of the tick bite about a week after it occurred.
