Tug of emotions as APC, Saraki throw bricks over defection

In the last few hours, it appears that Nigerian politicians are not ready to leave the defection crisis behind them and focus on governance as Senate President; Dr Bukola Saraki reacted to a statement credited to the Acting National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, Yekini Nabena, calling him a traitor and unfits to be the Senate President.  According to the Senate President’s Spokesman, “the All Progressives Congress had not recovered from Tuesday’s “failed attempt” to change the leadership of the Senate.”
