COVID-19: In Cases, Recoveries and Deaths, Nigeria Not in Par with Global


In the next two days, Nigeria will have the cause to flashback to her management of COVID-19. On February 27, 2020, the country recorded her first case of the virus in Lagos, which has been the epicentre of the virus since the day. With the number of cases and deaths reported so far, Kano State is following Lagos State in terms of states the virus has been affected badly.
Here are the infographics that indicate Nigeria’s emerging data on the virus in relation to Africa and Global’s data. From the data, it emerges that Nigeria is having less percent of the Africa and Global’s data. This does not mean that the country is doing well because experts and public affairs analysts have hinted and still reiterating that the country’s testing capacity is low compared with what is obtainable in some African countries and others in the developed world such as America, Europe and some countries in Asia continent.
