Max-Migold Tweaks Its FM Training Programme Delivery Amidst Covid-19 Impacts

Starting from May 26th, 2020, the management of Max-Migold, a Nigerian facilities management company, has hinted that the training of professionals and prospective facilities management practitioners will be conducted via Zoom Telepresence.
According to the company, this approach will allow professionals and people who have interest in changing careers across the world to gain the needed skills and knowledge for management of various facilities in their domain. “We have always had our classes in person and via Zoom Telepresence to accommodate FMs from across the world, but the next batch of our FM Master Craft Diploma program starting on the 26th of May will be entirely by Telepresence. Only instructors will be in class while all students will participate remotely.”
The hint came after our analyst reacted to the company’s post, which asked the biggest challenge that is impacting the growth of Facilities Management industry in Nigeria. Our analyst said: “the biggest challenge is the ability of the players to co-create and share value with users. In this regard, businesses and professionals in the industry need to do more in terms of coordinated and tailored processes, people and technologies towards sustainable value delivery. Max-Migold is doing well in its chosen value proposition, especially capacity building of the professionals and prospective facilities managers. I expect significant changes in the ways the company is delivering its training solutions in the new normal.”
Our analyst observes that appropriation of digital platform by the company has reemphasized its commitment towards inclusive training for the practitioners and prospective ones who might not have the opportunity of attending physical training courses of the company during the current pandemic.
