Nigerians’ interest in universities, industry and research for over 9 years

Trend analysis of Nigerians’ interest in universities, industry and research has shown that universities as a term was searched mostly followed by research. From 2008 to 2018, the search volume of universities reached 36,625 while research had 28,202. Industry attained third position with 15,877 search volume.

It was discovered that the interest in the universities was high in 2015. In the same year, industry had its highest search volume. Analysis shows that research had its highest search volume in 2016, distancing from the universities and industry.
